Child Safety

The Preston Cricket Club is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all children and young people associated with the club.

 

Effective as at September 2024, the Preston Cricket Club has endorsed and adopted these Cricket Victoria policies:

1. 2024 Member Protection Policy; and 

2. 2024 Complaints and Resolution Policy,

as well as re-endorsing Australian Cricket’s Child Safeguarding Framework policies: 

 

3. Commitment Statement; 

4. Looking after our Kids Code of Behaviour; and 

5. Policy for Safeguarding Children and Young People.

As part of this commitment, the club has appointed Martin Gregory as the Child Safety Officer and Complaints Manager.
